New Year holiday arrangements

According to the company's arrangement, our New Year holiday will be from January 28th (Tuesday) to February 4th (Monday), 2025. During this period, we will suspend all business activities, including shipment of goods and customer service. To ensure the smooth processing of your order, please arrange the relevant matters as soon as possible.

Urgent shipping commitment

At present, we are making every effort to ship goods for our customers and ensure that as many shipments as possible are completed before the end of the year. In order to meet customer needs, we have launched a 24-hour shift work mode, where employees work day and night, even actively shipping at night. We understand the responsibility behind every order and the expectations of our customers, so we make every effort to ensure that our rock wool products are delivered to you as soon as possible.

Post holiday shipping reminder

After the holiday, due to the workers needing some time to adjust, it is expected that the shipping work may be affected by the Chinese New Year holiday for about a month from January 29th. During this period, shipping capacity will decrease, which may lead to delivery delays. In order not to affect your project schedule, we strongly recommend that you arrange your order as soon as possible so that we can complete the shipment before the holiday.
