Executive Project Summary

As a landmark energy infrastructure project in North Africa, the 1200 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Algeria required high-performance thermal and fire insulation solutions capable of withstanding extreme operational temperatures and high-vibration conditions.

ISOKING® supplied over 890 tons of engineered mineral wool materials and 1,500 m³ of pre-formed pipe sections. Our solutions ensured minimal heat loss, enhanced personnel safety, and long-term structural durability across all primary gas turbine, steam piping, and auxiliary systems.

Extreme Operating Temperatures

Combined cycle systems generate high thermal loads. ISOKING® mineral wool maintains structural integrity and low thermal conductivity at temperatures up to 650°C.

Wire mesh reinforcement prevents sagging, fiber migration, and physical breakdown during long-term operational vibration.
